Come and join our informal Yoga in the Park group in Mayow Park, Sydenham, SE26. We meet throughout the summer months from 09.30-10.30. It is £10 to drop in. Please bring your own mat.

What happens if it rains?
Sometimes the weather isn’t always our friend for yoga, in which case we may sometimes switch days or postpone until the following week!

What are the benefits of Yoga in the Park?
Practicing yoga outside can be incredibly powerful. Being surrounded by nature is a reminder that we are part of this natural world and not separate. It can help us to connect with ourselves, our environments and our dog friends that will be sure to pop up and say hello! Practicing yoga on uneven ground is good for strengthening feet and ankles and improving balance, and if the sun shines we get the added bonus of some Vitamin D!
