This supportive introduction to yoga course is designed to help you build confidence, learn essential techniques, and feel more comfortable in any class setting.

Ideal for anyone who:

  • Is new to yoga and wants a clear, structured start

  • Feels unsure or nervous about joining group classes

  • Has been practicing online and wants to check their technique

  • Is returning to yoga after a break

  • Already attends classes and wants to refine their alignment

    What to expect?

    Over three 2 hour classes, you will learn the key postures, transitions and alignment principles commonly used in vinyasa yoga. Each week builds progressively, helping you understand how poses fit together and how to adapt them safely for your body.

    What will you learn?

  • Common standing, balancing, and seated postures

  • Sun salutation variations and transitions

  • Core alignment techniques

  • Breath awareness to support strength and ease

  • How to modify poses confidently in any yoga class

  • Why yoga is more than just a movement practice

    By the end of the course, you’ll have a strong safe foundation, and the confidence to join studio or online classes with clarity and ease.

    Class size is limited to 12 students, so you will receive personal guidance, space to ask questions, and individual support throughout the course.
